“These guys were great, was able to work me in almost immediately whereas everyone else I called was booked up for weeks. My a/c installation needed a part that they weren’t able to come by for a couple of weeks so they brought me out a window unit as it was getting hot pretty quickly and that window unit kept me pretty cool! They called a couple of days beforehand to let me know they had the part and showed up when they said and had the job completely done and cleaned up by the time I got home from work. They really seem to care and that meant a lot, my house has been wonderfully cool since their installation of the brand new unit, and they finance through green sky which made this affordable for me. I give them 5 stars!!!”
“Our experience with Mountain Air in Roland,Ok was 5 stars! The installer’s were here early, started corking and did not stop until they finished that afternoon! They left our house spotless and with two new air conditioners and two new heaters it was a big job! I would certainly recommend Mountain Air to anyone wanting the best people doing your installation! Gibson, Jason, and David are very knowledgeable and did an outstanding service for us! Tanner Hall was our sales representative and he was a great guy to work with and we asked many questions and he explained them all! We felt comfortable and confident that he knew his job well!”

Daniel – During regular maintenance found the leak in coil and demonstrated really good customer service skills in letting us know the problem.
Tanner – Came to our home and examined the full extent of the coil problem. He superbly helped us understand our options about just “fixing” the coil problem or considering a new system. He then came back the next day with Ed to discuss a new system.
Ed – Took the lead conducting a Manual J load assessment and presented an excellent 4 ton load HVAC system recommendation designed to meet our particular needs. He went the extra mile to locate the right equipment for our system. He was greatly assisted by Tanner.
David V – Provided leadership and excellent knowledge to install the new Trane HVAC system. He kept us informed throughout the day about the installation and answered all our questions. He and his team of installers worked in extremely hot and humid conditions the day they installed the system.
Josiah – Was highly effective and knowledgeable working with David to install the new system.
Dalton – Was also highly effective and knowledgeable in working with David to install the new system.
We offer the highest complements to each member of this group of 6 professionals. Each person was knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, and polite in their respective roles. We encourage Mountain Air management to acknowledge (as appropriate) the exceptional contributions of these 6 team members to meeting our HVAC needs at a time we really needed the system! “I called Mountain Air just before noon Aug 10. The very nice young lady stated someone would arrive TODAY (unheard of in so many other places). Chris arrived just after 1:00 and was extremely professional, yet friendly and understanding. Chris took about 15 minutes troubleshooting and another 20 minutes replacing the blown capacitor (which he had in stock in his truck). I was not expecting this outstanding level of service. I very highly recommend Mountain Air for all your HVAC needs.”
“I have never been as impressed as I was watching these two work together as they performed my annual AC maintenance on the Trane AC unit. I have watched all the maintenance on my AC/Heating over the past 35 years. These two were professional and thorough. You could tell that David was training Joshua and was explaining why certain steps were important to perform the job properly. I never have seen the cover removed by any other AC technician, but these two did that! They also cleaned out debris from inside the outdoor AC unit. These two individuals can return anytime to maintain my unit! I have no doubt that the job will be done right! I have a great confidence in Mountain Air for any of my future business! Recently, Mountain Air installed a TRANE 20 SEER variable speed AC unit and TRANE 95% efficient variable speed furnace because our existing system went down & needed to be replaced. Their work was outstanding and the system is running great; we’re looking forward to those reduced utility costs & we’re already experiencing the improved comfort & air quality because you can’t stop a TRANE.”
